Charcot neuroarthropathy in Diabetes

Early detection of Charcot neuroarthropathy in patients with diabetes mellitus is important tor preventing the bone and joint destruction associated with later stages of Charcots, but symptoms that mimic other conditions can make a differential diagnosis difficult.
